Up to 50% of valuation, minimum THB 5 million and uncapped maximum

Floating at MLR+4.73% per annum or not exceeding 12% per annum in total

Repayment

Principal repayment annually, interest payment will be paid in advance for at least 1 year, unused prepaid interest will be refunded in the case of early principal repayment.
